Commune and Bloom’s "Work of Heart" 4-Week Livestream Course is intentionally designed to help women, whether business owners, SAHMs, or corporate girlies, open themselves to the power of the heart-mind connection and blossom in consciousness and emotional wisdom.

I worked hand-in-hand with Commune and Bloom founder Shelsea and Dallas-based therapist Erica to bring the Work of Heart course to life. We combined science-backed strategies with intuitive wisdom to create the ultimate heart-centered journey for an intimate group of women.
